About: Manika Yim has worked with Partners for Rural Development (PRD) since March 2017 as the Finance & Administration Manager. Prior to joining PRD, she has worked with an international NGO in Battambang as Finance Manager for more than 12 years. She conducted interviews and transcribed and translated interviews from 13 villages in Battambang (Samlout) and Pailin province for the Uptake of agricultural technologies and best practices amongst farmers in Battambang and Pailin provinces project.
